Sunday, July 12th marks one month since we turned off analog TV in the United States. My staff and I worked with hundreds of viewers calling in and emailing with questions ranging from using the converter box menus, scanning channels and aiming antennas. We are only receiving a trickle of calls now, so we want to turn our attention to those of you on cable and satellite.

Was the transition as smooth for those who subscribe to service providers via cable or satellite? We want to know if the conversion went well since we told you preceding the switch those providers would take care of you without having to buy new equipment, etc.

These companies have very complicated systems to deliver service to their customers, and problems may pop up in random areas. But if you don’t report a problem, it can’t be fixed!
